Enhanced graphics pack is an add on to Definitive Edition that gives you higher quality graphics for 4k displays. Only for people who have a monitor with higher resolution than 1080p, like 1440p or 4k. If you install it and you only have 1080p or smaller everything will be way too zoomed in.
