GTA VC Beta Mod is a global modification that returns things that were in the early stages of development. It is being developed from December 2012.
Features of the latest version (4.0 Update 1):
-Main in fashion-added mission Hello Moffat, author-Mr.Secret (restored by found dialogs)
-Changed absolutely all transport, restored numbers and wheels from GTA III, restored carved (Cougar, Toyz)
-Many changes in the city (Completed by 70 percent)
-Recalled almost all beta weapons
-Changed some of the pedals for beta options, also replaced some in the cutscenes
