9. Full-Frontal Nudity
Yes they've cut 4-7 things that had been in the Sims 3 Base Game, maybe 3 of which actually made a difference. But in return, they've added or improved at least 9 thing for the Sims 4 Base Game. Sounds to me like the 2 sides balance each other out.

There are even skins you can choose from to decide the shape and size of your male Sims'... erm, member. But wait, there's more! Unhappy with your Sim's normal everyday hoo-hoo? Why not 'pimp' up their privates? You can now get it dyed, tattooed, pierced, shaved and even styled to your liking. Not to mention all the sexy lingerie that's up for grabs. Just get the mods at Kutaku or Sexy Sims, you weirdo.
